1. Return Policy for Restaurants:
If you are a restaurant owner and wish to return a product, kindly follow these guidelines:
a. Quality Concerns: If you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, or does not meet our quality standards, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. We may require relevant information and images for verification purposes.
b. Order Errors: In case there is an error with your order, such as receiving the wrong item or incorrect quantity, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate the matter and offer a suitable resolution.
c. Expiry and Shelf Life: Our products are delivered with ample shelf life to ensure freshness. However, if you receive a product with a short remaining shelf life or nearing its expiration date, reach out to us immediately for assistance.
2. Return Policy for Individual Customers:
As an individual customer, you may return a product under the following circumstances:
a. Quality Concerns: If the product is damaged, spoiled, or does not meet our quality standards, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery. We may require relevant information and images for verification purposes.
b. Order Errors: If you receive the wrong item or an incorrect quantity, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate the matter and offer a suitable resolution.
c. Change of Mind: If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the product within 7 days of delivery. The product must be in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
3. Refund Process:
a. Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for the pickup of the product, or you may be requested to send it back to us, depending on the situation.
b. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned product. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
4. Exceptions:
a. Perishable products that have been opened or partially used cannot be returned unless there is a quality concern.
b. Products with an expired shelf life at the time of delivery due to delayed notification cannot be returned.
